The project brief was to maximise the space within this one bed apartment in York. This beautiful compact apartment is luxurious yet functional by adding details such as bespoke joinery such as the fitted wardrobes to maximise wardrobe space as well as a bespoke breakfast bar that allows you to see over the back of the sofa to enjoy the view of the river. The space was too tight for a 4 seat dining table so we thought outside the box and designed this slim breakfast bar - perfect for two people!
