The first step in our interior design process is for us to start with a home visit. This is an important step in the process as it enables us to see details that simply can’t be captured through photographs or floor plans alone. During the visit, we can assess the layout, natural light, proportions, architectural features, and practical considerations, while also discussing your lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations for the project. We will take measurements of the space whilst we visit your home. It’s an opportunity to explore ideas, identify opportunities and challenges, and establish a clear direction and create a brief before the design process begins.

We then create concept boards –

1 - Initial concept board of inspirational imagery

2 - A concept board with items specified items of furniture, lighting, finishes etc

3 - A sample board – this includes fabric samples, material finishes 

An early-stage visual collage used to establish the aesthetic direction of a space. It translates abstract ideas into a tangible vision, guiding color schemes, lighting, and overarching style.

This is then refined further to specify furniture, materials and bespoke pieces to allow you to then confirm all of the finer details within the design.

We then draw a 3D visual to help our clients visualise their space as a whole. It it a great tool to allow clients to be able to see the different materials specified in situ within a scheme
